You have Single mode where you train by yourself and you have multiplayer mode where you can play with your friends.
You can easily adjust your speed in scripts if you want higher force.

You need Unity 3D at least 2019.
Also for multiplayer you need to register on photon server which is free.
After that change photon ids with yur in scipt photon.
How to Setup and Re-skinning
Download folder and open extracted folder in Unity.
If you want android version switch to android or IOS or windows application.
Game is ready to use and you don't need anything to change.
